I didn't want to find out...
ALL STAFF AT THE ESTABLISHMENT should be investigated, or fired. I believe staff is complicit. The activities are illegal...potentially.
I encountered unsavory characters there. It seemed that staff just allowed it to happen.
I will never visit again.
This happened through no fault of my own... "

" TVs everywhere which was awesome. Good service. Had good beers on tap with a solid selection. Food was about what you would expect from a sports bar: decent but, not anything to brag about. "

" Lou's has the best bloody marys and buffalo wings in dc, hands down. This is not a drill. They try and act like a dive bar but they are serving some serious eats over here. Good service, puts up with rowdy groups, and conveniently located. Come here if you come to dc. "

" Lou's is a great place to watch a game, any game. It's a true sports bar, with multiple TVs in every direction, including the patio, and a giant projector in the middle of the dinning room. Top this off with some pretty good American bar food and cheap drinks. "

" On the positive side they have a pretty solid beer list for a neighborhood bar, especially with the bottles/cans. The food is fine but nothing special. Service is great though and the last two years we've done our fantasy baseball draft here and they don't mind that we take up two tables for a few hours. "

" Andrew is one of the best bartenders I have ever experienced. He knows how to work a large crowd as well as a small crowd with the same grace. You always feel as if you are welcome when you walk in and Andrew is in charge. I've never felt like I had to wait for anything and he gives you honest advice about your taste and the menu. "
