" This place does not value loyal customers. I scheduled my Botox appt 2 weeks in advance; i get to my appointment on time (and on my only day off work) and they don’t tell me they are running behind schedule or anything. People come in after me and get seen before me. After 40 minutes of waiting, i ask what the time frame is. They were unable to answer and just kept having me wait. Finally i just left without getting my treatment and waiting over an hour in the waiting room. They don’t value loyal customers and overbook. My husband and I both have been loyal customers and now will need to find a new place.
Oh, and don’t bother trying to call the office, they have an “answering machine” system whenever you try calling and then they say they will inform the office of the call but they can’t help because they are just “the overflow answering clinic.” No one calls back, this place is a fraudulent business who is just out to take your money. Take your business to a smaller independent individual, these big companies are literally worse than the social security office. "
