Did you know that there is an American Legion Post 284 right here in Belleview, FL? We are located at 5515 SE 109th Ave, in the heart of Belleview, FL. The American Legion Post 284 is a Non-profit organization that prides itself for helping to better the Community through donations to local charities, to help those in need. In 2015 alone, we were able to donate roughly $15,000 to our community. We are presently contributing to the building of the water park in Belleview, and we are also sponsoring an American Legion Baseball League taking place this summer. Please call for information.
Our post has a Service Officer on premise Mondays and Thursdays from 10-4, helping our local Veterans file their Disability paperwork and provide answers to their many questions about the Veteran’s Administration.
BINGO is held on Wednesdays and Saturdays! Early Bird games begin at 5:15 and regular BINGO begins at 6:15. We have three $250 payouts, two different pull tab games, and several others with payouts of $25 and $50 per game. BINGO is open to the Public.
Our Post not only has Veteran members, but also has opportunities for others to join the Women’s Auxiliary, Sons of American Legion, and American Legion Riders.
