Artech also broke the mold with its stunning sales brochure proving paper brochures are a thing of the past. This hardcover brochure is encased in silver Plexiglas and has a built-in DVD that showcases a futuristic, virtual reality tour of the property and almost 30 pages of vivid, eye-catching renderings, essential information on the residences and detailed floor plans.
