" Avoided this place for 2/3 years tried again waitress N_____ took order never saw her again. They ran out of BUD LIGHT still no waitress. Had to pay at pickup desk. I have been to other B DUBS around the US and never had such horrible service "

" Told me to wait 20 min to pick up. Get there they forget to put the order in and then tell me to wait again. Mind you I’m on lunch break and used all my time waiting, while they act like they don’t care. Oh btw the place was empty so it’s not like they were swamped. "

" This place is run by complete idiots, placed an order online and waited 2 hours. They said they lost it. Our brand new Michigan BWW puts this one to shame. God FM is the worst. "

" Not that busy at lunch and it took them 15min to seat us. Only to find out they only had one chef in the back and there was no way we could get food In time to be back at work. No lunch for us now... I have been to locations where they guarantee 20min or you get a $5 coupon. Not cool. Love bdubs but probably wont be back to this one. "

" Really Awful. There was group of us there for lunch otherwise the place was empty. We waited about 40 minutes for our food. My cheeseburger was so overcooked it wasn't edible. My fiance ordered the buffalo ranch chicken wrap grilled. He received a fried chicken wrap with barbecue sauce instead. Neither of us ate. The waitress didn't ask why or if there was anything wrong with the food. "
