" Top Notch Company and Top Notch customer service. This is by far hands down the best adjuster firm EVER. They dealt with one of the hardest insurance companies and they handled it perfectly. This is one of those companies you hire and close your eyes till the process is over. THEY HANDLE EVERYTHING and make it extremely easy. " We got involved with CCA a few months ago, when we ran into a hurdle regarding an insurance claim. We met with representatives of CCA who, in turn, thoroughly explained the appraisal process and their function. We stepped back, and we let the folks from CCA do their thing.
There were several updates, as well as meeting with representatives from CCA and the insurance company's adjustor, and other professionals in the industry. Except for meeting with the representatives, we just stood by and waited for "what's next." There was no "what's next."
After a few months of back-and-forth negotiating and a few inspections, CCA contacted us with good news -- the insurance company is covering complete replacement of the roof.
As far as I am concerned, CCA earned its fee. They were able to accomplish what I could not have accomplished on my own. In my 40 years as a homeowner, this is the first time I filed a claim -- it was certainly a learning experience. AND, I did not run into ANY of the horror stories that are circulating regarding unscrupulous adjustors.
We just received payment from the insurance company, and we're waiting for replacement of the roof to begin. I'm not expecting any problems. "

After dealing with the state, we received a small payment. We called Brian, and he quickly made time for us. He took very detailed photos and had his report prepared shortly thereafter. He was thorough and professional. He kept us in the loop during the entire process. In the end, he got us a much better settlement!
