" I've been coming here for service on my Kia since I moved to Tampa in 2012. The staff has always been super friendly and great to work with. Their prices on service are reasonable and they have the tools to make sure your Kia stays running great.

I had an issue with my transmission on my car that any other shop would have dismissed as something that would require a brand new transmission. Century Kia had the tools and the time to determine it wasn't the transmission after all, and even found the piece that needed to be replaced could be done under warranty - even after the powertrain warranty had expired on my car! They put me in a rental and made sure I would be taken care of throughout the process, and even took care of a completely unrelated recall issue while they had it in.

Their attitude and attention to detail in their service department will have me coming back for as long as I stay in a Kia. I'd highly recommend them. "

" I had no expectations when I went in to buy a car, I thought that I would have to haggle and hassle but that is the complete opposite of my experience. My Sales Associate Carlos Rodriguez was straight forward, he asked what I was looking for and what payment range and down payment I was comfortable with. This was hands down my best car buying experience EVER! I was in and out. " Great experience at Century Kia! I left a competing Kia dealership after a very bad experience, and came to Century instead. They absolutely took care of me, were genuinely friendly and kind, and clearly worked hard to give me the best deal they could. I very much appreciated being treated well by them, and would definitely recommend them. Carlos was my salesperson, and he was wonderful, and John the Sales Manager was genuine, and did right by me. " So I was particularly difficult to put into a car, so I feel like everyone involved needs a shout-out.

I originally dealt with Ray in the service department, who took excellent care of my 2010 Kia Soul. However, it was getting up in years and miles, and things were starting to require replacing (at this point, I need something reliable more than anything). I told Ray I might be interested in trading in my vehicle, and he put me in contact with Sandy Davis from sales. Sandy worked hard all day long and unfortunately, we were unable to find something that fit our budget. We got the car fixed and went on our way.

2 weeks later, my car was back in for service. This time, we saw Chris. Chris was extremely helpful in explaining what caused my issues and trying to get us turned around in a decent amount of time. Unfortunately, it was late in the day on a Saturday, so we ran out of time. Chris put us in a loaner, a 2017 Kia Forte LX. From the time I sat in the driver's seat, I fell in love with this car. I REALLY liked this car. It was peppy, it got great gas mileage and was deceptively spacious. I called Sandy back up on Monday and asked her if we could work something out with a '17 Forte. Once again, she worked all day trying to get something working for us, and we were still too far apart. A sales manager called me and told me that they were doing the best they could, but they were about at their limit. I understood, we had put no money down and had a ton of negative equity, we knew it was going to be a hard sell no matter what. We apologized to Sandy and parted ways.

Wednesday, Scott Holiday called me up and advised me that he was sorry Sandy hadn't gotten back to me, as she was ill. Evidently, Sandy had no advised him we were unable to reach a deal. Scott was very aggressive with us, but was also aggressive in negotiating a fair deal for us. He was able to get us into a range that was acceptable for us, and we agreed to meet Friday to finalize everything.

Friday, 6:45pm. We meet Marc Anthony Romero. He walks us through the deal, shows us how Century (and Scott Holiday) went above and beyond on our trade and rebates in order to eat our negative equity, and got us a respectable deal from a lender. Marc was very knowledgeable and friendly, and made the entire experience a treat. We finalized everything, swapped all my personal items from the old Soul to my new Forte, and we drove out feeling like we'd just had dinner with an old friend rather than just purchased a $20,000 vehicle.

I'd like to thank Marc Anthony, Scott Holiday, Sandy Davis, and Ray and Chris in the service department for working together as a team and making my wife and I feel like family, and stopping at nothing to get us into a brand new reliable Kia at a price that didn't cripple us. Thank you ladies and gentlemen, and thank you, Century Kia. "

" We have purchased two wonderful vehicles from Century Kia. As an owner of multiple vehicles and a regular customer of three other dealerships in town I can honestly state that Kia has their heart in the game. Auto Sales is a tough business and never perfect, but thanks to people like Fran and Sandy who arranged the sales it was a great experience. They know the market, the vehicles, as well as, what the customers need and that makes for a painless transaction everytime! Thanks to Terry and a terrific service team for great follow on care, we will stay family members at Century Kia for a very long time!!! "

" Came in for a 7500 mile service on a company vehicle that we purchased from sales associate Doug South back in May, Left with a brand new vehicle for my wife - also purchased from Doug. I have bought numerous new cars throughout my life, not once have I had a salesman like Doug. He's simply fantastic. He will find the best car, deal, and financing for you, the guy really cares about his customers. Someday this guy will own a dealership rest assured. Also, the service department at Century Kia is superb. My service advisor is Kris, takes great care of every (and there have been very few) issue quickly and with great care and always looks out for his customers budget. Cant say enough good things about this place, and the Kia automobiles themselves. "

" I absolutely love my new 2017 Kia Sportage! And the experience of working, first with Tad and then Sandy made the process and final purchase a pleasure. Sandy, especially, spent a lot of time going through all the features, setting them up before I left the dealership. I love all the electronics and layout of the dash. It's fun to drive, and most importantly I feel safe driving this car! The only advice I'd give Kia is to discuss the various packages that don't get discussed until the final meeting with the finance guy. The customer should have that one-pager to review before deciding how much to finance or take from savings. It's pressured decision making at the last minute which I feel unfair. I paid cash and didn't have the extra 2-4 thousand to add "things"....other than that it was a terrific experience!! "
