" Service was great. Presidente margaritas excellent, as were the loaded boneless wings. Old Timer burger was good but had tangy mustard on it; stuff like mustard should be added by the guest at the table. The dry rub ribs were over cooked and disappointing. A choice of one of two sides was offered with the ribs: French fries, or, for $1 more, onion rings; I asked about rice & beans instead, and was offered Mexican rice, but, for $1 more, they would add beans. That sounded really chintzy, so I ordered the just the Mexican rice, and it was dry and flavorless. We took some a piece of Molten chocolate cake to share. The bill with tip topped $60. We agreed that had we just each gotten an appetizer and margaritas it would have been a much better value. "

" Typical Chili’s. Good food. Good service. The only complaint is that we were seated next to regulars with a very rowdy toddler. Every single employee came by to say hello and chat with them, which is totally fine, but not one employee asked them to keep the kid from jumping in the booth, or kicking the booth, which made my pregnant daughters dining experience less than pleasurable. Maybe the employees should seat the family in a corner booth where no one can be placed directly behind, or not seat anyone around them at all. "

" Just went through hell at this place. Got an e-mail offering a free birthday dessert. But their rewards system machine wouldn't process the award, and I had to go through a ridiculous battle to get out of the place without being charged for it. Good, caring management would never have put me through that. Never again! "

" Worst lunch I think I've ever had and I've had some pretty crappy lunches. Apparently cooked until gray is the same as medium, but hey, I'm not a chef. So, what do I know. Rather sad when the ketchup is the best thing on your plate. When the bacon doesn't even have have any flavor, there's a problem. And the poor server ... she probably needed a break. Visibly annoyed, agitated, and quite simply, over it. She was cool though. She put on a smile and powered through it.
Genuinely unimpressed and definitely won't be back for a while. "
