About our cookies: Our treats are made fresh, from scratch, every time you order! We take pride in using top quality, fresh and flavorful ingredients in everything we make. Our cookies have a “sugar meet shortbread cookie” texture and taste. They are perfectly baked to have crisp edges and a soft center.

In the Notes to Seller at checkout, please leave a detailed message with what you would like exactly, regarding design, colors, etc.

We have a 3-5 business day turnover period on most orders. Our shop is not working during the weekends or Holidays, but orders still may be placed. Please contact us to let us know what date the cookies are needed by.

Once you receive your order, please place the cookies in covered container if you are not using them right away. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Keep them out of direct sunlight/heat.

Exposure to liquid, light, and air will change color and consistency. Will Stay Fresh for Up to Two Weeks Upon Shipment.

Please make sure address is correct before placing your order, as we will ship to the address provided to us by Etsy. Items will ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Your order will ship in time to arrive a few days prior to your event date. All items are carefully packaged to avoid damage in shipping. Please note that these items are extremely fragile and we do our best to pack then well to prevent breakages. We are not responsible for any damage that could happen at the time of shipping.
Due to the nature of the item no refunds or exchanges, all sales are final. Express/overnight shipping services are available upon request at additional expense. Please message us if you're interested in that option.
