" Great experience as usual. On my phone I found a coupon for $10 off a purchase of $50 or more. At the register the cashier told me it was for online purchases only. So I opened their website on my phone and brought up the coupon and handed it to him. I asked him to show me where it says online only! He looked, and looked, and says well, I guess u just got $10 of ur purchase! 😁 When ur up to ur neck buying school clothes and supplies for the beginning of the year, EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS!!!! "

" Came in to buy 1 pair of shoes,but left with 2. Austin was the sales person I saw while in shoe Dept. He greeted me,and asked how he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he made several options available to me.He also mentioned that I could get a pair of socks for 25 percent off with my shoe purchase. It was a very nice visit to DICK'S will be back soon. Dave C.

" Place has really gone down hill when it comes to selection. This use to be my go to store for fishing, hunting, and outdoor equipment. Their fishing section is now half the size it once was at the least. They seem to be more focused on clothes now than actually sporting gear "

" Will most likely never shop at Dick's Sporting Goods again due to their corporate office. The customer service at a toddler's lemonade stand is hands down 100x better than what Dick's offers. I miss Academy Sporting Goods! "

" Went in today to look for an item that was advertised to be on sale. Was told that they did not have the item and had not had such a thing in their store for months. Asked if there was any recourse, like could I find the sale item at any other store and was told no you are out of luck. This is pretty sucky customer service. "
