" We have used them maybe a total of six or seven times and Everytime have had an issue with something! Here are the following issues I have had within them times: no dipping sauce, not evenly portions on pizza (one side cheese and the other maybe none or some), missing wings, chicken Alfredo no sauce/dried up, told no thin crust,told no Brooklyn style crust because of no boxes, also had pizza delivered cold due to someone having a blowout and it was only one driver so we got cold food instead, then after again and ask for thin and got pan crust instead after saying they had it, have to make several attempts to call to place an order due to being put on hold EVERY TIME I call and approximately five minutes or more and then I even speak to the assistant manager before today about a problem after I waited a time or two to call about the issues because I know stuff does happen and mistakes as well and he told me he could give me the general managers number and I didn't take it right then because I felt like he would handle the problem. So I call tonight and speak to him AGAIN about everything and he had an excuse for everything and I didn't get the manager of the store or whoever is above him but instead got a " oh u can take pictures and bring it up here if ud like" well yes I could but I should not have to do this at all if it was made right. The only reason we have been going back is because they are close and do delivery and due to transportation issues we use them and also because I like to hope they would get it right. The assistant manager is friendly but should have gave the person above him the number to me when I asked. Tomorrow I will be calling again and trying to get the GM number because something needs to be done with this storm or close it down !!!! Service should not go like this!!! Maybe if everyone called and spoke to the general manager it may get it going right. I seriously doubt they even look on here and if they did and seen all these one stars and did nothing about it they need to just shut it down. If u make someone's food the way u would want it or like it then u need to get out that field!!! Hope everyone has a better experience then my husband and I. "

" I order a M pizza pepperoni and jalapeños . When the Pizza got here it was not fresh and the driver didn’t have any type of urgency to get the Pizza to the door 🚪 my crust was slightly burnt I’m disappointed and even left a comment saying to treat my order like it’s the most important. " Put my order in online and received a phone call about 2 minute later from Dominos letting me know that there was a 1-1/2 hour wait a was asked if I'd prefer to pick it up as carry out.... I really do appreciate the courtesy call letting me know that there was an extensive wait interested if waiting and not knowing what was taking so long... Thank you for the courtesy call from Dominos on Soutel Drive.... "

" Made a few orders for delivery before without a problem. Make another one and they say I am out of delivery range. Call them back to set a pickup time. No problem, because I can just head over after work and its not too far out of the way. I get there and my pizza isnt even ready despite ordering 2 hours prior and mentioning a pick up time instead of delivery. They put their delivery pizzas on a higher priority rather than who ordered first so people actually waiting in the store get to wait longer for the product. I wasnt the only one either as 2 or 3 others were still waiting on their food for longer than I have. Food was still Domino's quality but i wont be coming back to this location again "

" They were very rude on the phone and I was sitting in my doorway... No pizza man...I called a hour and ten minutes later he said my order was being delivered.. He called me back 5 minutes later saying my order was returned to the store and I was calling from a different number (which I wasn't) he was arguing with me saying they kept calling me I kept telling him that the only phonecall I got from them was the one that we were on at that moment.. NEVER AGAIN.. I'M ANGRY IT MADE ME GIVE THEM A STAR.. THEY DON'T DESERVE IT "

" after placing my order, i started following the tracker. my order was started at 1:57 pm. i called 50 minutes later to find out what was taking so long for the delivery, only to find out the driver had not been in to pick it up yet. my order was finally delivered at 3:45...almost 2 hours after i placed the order. " I gave 1 star because we love Domino's and there was no 0. The customer service at this site on a Friday night is awful. When you call you get attitude and can hear employees goofing off and cussing in the back ground. The only way to fix the problem is bring in people who take pride in whatever their job is. If I didn't need delivery I would not use this store. "
