With a strong family background in the construction industry it has enabled Mike to pursue and then realize his dream of owning his own construction company. He attended the Warren County Joint Vacational School in Ohio and graduated in 1980. Mike grasped the idea of building a permanent structure and has enjoyed being outside while building. He bagan his career as a mason tender and quickly moved through the ranks, from the ground up. While employed by other construction firms he worked gaining; knowledge, wisdom, experience and a well known reputation. However, with only 5 employees, MIke Doyle Masonry was created inh 1989. In 1990 MIke's brother Dean joined the team. Dean brought with him a strong business sense and a skill for networking.

In 1995, these two brothers decided to incorporate and become Doyle Masonry, Inc. Together, Mike and Dean offer a long standing reputation of delivering a timely quality product. They strive to be reliable using a hands on management approach of each product. Reliability is a personal commitment and is expected from each team member. Dependability is paramount for excellent customer service. It is also a hallmark of the dedicated employees working for Doyle Masonry, Inc. Many employees have 10 - 20 years of service, and uncommon record of dependability in the construction industry.
