I had to rent a car for three months, and every time I went to renew the contract I was handled with pure professionalism, courtesy, and everyone was personable and polite. Tiffany and Brandon went above and beyond each time I was there. Kudos to Tiffany for running a five-star establishment! Brandon, when I own my own business, I will come steal you! Definitely will tell everyone I know to go to this Enterprise for all their car rental needs! Keep up the great work! "

" I had a car reservation this morning and when I arrived at the location I was informed that there were no vehicles available. I understand that issues happen with overbooking, but I at no point did I receive a phone call or heads up that I would not have a vehicle. The employee mentioned that I could attempt to contact another enterprise location to see if they had any vehicles, but this really should have been something that they did on their end prior to me arriving for my reservation. There were about six employees working at their desk at the time, so it is completely unacceptable that they wouldn't take the time to try to find another vehicle prior to the customer arriving or at least contact the customer and let them know what happened. "

" When i went to pick up the rental I wanted to drive the car back to New York where I live but I didn't have a credit card which is needed to drop a rental in another state. I only had a debit... well I was upset to say the least and didn't know what to do I needed a car... Well the very nice lady helped me. She gave me the number to Hertz rentals to see if they can help me... NOW what company would do such a thing. Send business somewhere else... that was outstanding. even though Hertz couldn't help me. So i rented the car from enterprise but had to return it to Florida so they allowed me to drop the car off in Jacksonville instead of Orlando a week later... very impressive
I am so pleased with the patience and help I received from the staff and I highly recommend this store. "

" I like Enterprise; the price is right, and the cars are in great shape. But I really dislike the check-out process. At most rental car agencies, you make a reservation, use your "membership" number and the company pre-prints a form with all your information on it. You arrive at the rental counter, sign the form and go. That doesn't happen at Enterprise. Last week, I showed up at the downtown Orlando office with a 2 p.m. reservation. A least four people were ahead of me, two of them renting small buses in a process that took forever. After 20 minutes, an agent called me. But because I rent on a state contract -- as my Emerald Club membership shows -- he couldn't use his tablet, he said, and instead had to process me on a computer. By the time he did that, walked to get my car and handed me the keys, I'd been in the office 40 minutes. Worse, this wasn't a one-time occurrence; the last two times I've rented from Enterprise, I've had a similar experience. I don't understand why the company can't make the reservation process more efficient so I can get my car faster.
