" Fred Hunter's Funeral Home was absolutely amazing in my time of sadness. I immediately felt comfortable with the staff. They made me feel welcomed without being pushy. They were informative since this was my first time having to take care of a loved one. In particular, right from the start Joy Lishia and her assistant were warm and genuinely felt sympathy. After some issues with the hospital and needed signatures, Sergio Cavazos swept in with Peggy and took care of the matter! Since I live five states away from Florida, Sergio stayed in contact daily until my Mother was home with me, along with certificates. She was handled with care through the whole process. I am so grateful I chose this funeral home. "

" First of all, I must say that sadly my mom was taken away from me unexpectedly in September of this year. I was really confused as to how to start the process of contacting a funeral home all the way in Florida, because I reside in Canada. So, I called a church that my mom used to attend and I spoke with one of the pastor's whom I asked if he had any suggestions for a funeral home. He immediately recommended Fred Hunter's and he went as far as to say that if he dies, that is the place that he would entrust with his body.
So of course, I called Fred Hunter's and I spoke with a lovely lady by the name of Andrea, who immediately extended her sincere condolences to myself as well as my family. Andrea, treated me with respect and she had the most sincere, warm and welcoming tone over the telephone, and so right away she made me feel comfortable and so I knew right away that Fred Hunter's was the funeral home that I could trust with the handling of my mom's body and in a very dignified manner.
I was told that Zachary, the Funeral Director, would be the person who will be working with me throughout this difficult process-and again, I was not disappointed. Zach called me several times per day and vice versa... He made this process seemed effortless and he has been so professional throughout the entire ordeal. There were moments when I appear to be emotional and at times a bit irate during my various stages of the grief process but let me inform you how that young man maintained his composure and patience. He was so very respectful. He understood what I was going through and for that reason I would like to thank you Zachary from the bottom of my heart. The way how the funeral was coordinated form miles away and yet you were able to give my mom the very best Celebration of Life that is very well deserving. I wasn't able to think straight and i trusted you with your suggestions because this is all new to me....my family and I are so very well pleased and I also know that my mom is very proud as well. All of the attendees were so ecstatic, it was something to talk about. The most important moment for me was the fact that I trusted Fred Hunters with the handing of my mom's crematory remains. I loved the fact that the facility is a one stop shop for everything- Mom's autopsy, her cremation, Thanksgiving Service, pianist, flowers, the beautiful wooden urn and butterfly Topper, live streaming the service, oh it was perfect!
Zachary, I sincerely thank you so very much because I felt that none of this would have been made possible without your knowledge and expertise...it was so very beautiful and I am 100% pleased....there are so many more great things that I would love to write about my experience.

" Kind of crazy to write a review for a funeral home. I usually oppose to attend. But a dear friend who is Family lost his mom and the process along with the outcome was almost perfection. Fred hunters did a phenomenal job. They truly were very attentive to all of our needs. I met a wonderful young lady. I believe her name was Sara. She was very welcoming and attentive as soon as you came in. The entire staff was fantastic as sad as the reason why we were all there. Fred Hunters really gave an excellent service. "
