" Tom's Trucking was carrying a load and rock and somehow rock flew and hit my windshied while driving on the highway. His insurance is Progressive and they refused to cover the costs of repair even though Steffon Tom said to me at the time that he probabl had rock still on the tailgate when he unloaded rock.
Hamrick and assoc is his agent and he gave me all his information at the time of the incident. Now he is revoking what really happenned.
