I have been an IHG member since 05 and only stay at their properties while traveling on the road. This location needs help. The rooms seem dated. The pool area is decent but there is no staff asking if you need anything or could we offer you a menu. I asked for delivery menus from some local resturants and was handed a phone # on a piece of paper for the Chinese resturant. I spent 40,000 points a night to stay here. There is a Holiday Inn Express down the road in Panama City Beach that is 100x better than this property and is only 30,000 points a night plus free breakfast. Wouldn't come back here but this property has so much potential.
