" Can't recommend. Scratched console and dash; bent lip on door seal replacing my heater core. I let them talk me into replacing the a/c evaporator while they had dash out as a precautionary measure. They claim my blender box was broken and had to be replaced as well but if it was broken, they did it. It was working when I took it to them. As part of disassembly to remove dash they had to remove the steering column. It was put back incorrectly and now I have play in my steering wheel. I'm not convinced the heater core isn't still leaking because after nearly three weeks the passenger floor is still wet and the coolant reservoir isn't full. For a complex job like dash removal I recommend biting the bullet and going to the dealership. My repair bill was approximately $1,450 which was more than the dealership's quote for the heater core replacement alone.

Follow up: Floor is still soaked and I've had to refill coolant reservoir twice since Ice Cold Air did the work. Carried it back for rework. Ice Cold Air says nothing wrong. Says coolant doesn't evaporate and floor will continue to be wet. Says low coolant level is normal as it changes with temperature. I've never had to add coolant in seven years of ownership but will have to add more the next time I drive it. Says there is no adjustment in steering box but when I pointed out they pulled the steering column he became a little irate and said the I had to realize on a job of that complexity I couldn't expect everything to be just right afterward. I said that's exactly what I expected. He then became very irate and told me to get a second opinion and mentioned my bad review. Called me "Brotha" as I walked away. Don't go to Ice Cold Air for anything other than simple repairs. "

" Well-managed busy garage. The inexpensive labor rate "$60 an hour" was just what I needed. I purchased my part at the O'Reilly's Auto next door because they have a part that was by far cheaper than most places comma and brought the part in my SUV to the shop. I got an estimate before the work started and the price was dead on. I paid half as much by doing it this way as I would have if the other three garages in the Crystal River area. Thanks Ice Cold Air! "

" DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ! THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!
Seven months ago, I went to Ice Cold Air to have my vehicle inspected because my A/C started to blow hot air. After the inspection, they told me that I needed a new compressor and that it would cost me $1400. I did not have the money at the time so I decided to suck it up and drive the vehicle until I could aford the compressor. I live in Florida, and this is the hottest summer yet. It has been a miserable 7 months! I couldn't take anymore of it and decided to reach out to LKQ . They said they would do it $650. I made an appointment to get it done. Come to find out the only thing wrong with my A/C was a burnt out fuse.... that only cost $1.50! LKQ fixed the fuse and BAMMMMM my A/C works perfect!!!!

If you want to have quality work done by a HONEST business this is not the place to go. I wanted to write a review so that this place is known for what they really are ! "

" A month ago I went to Ice cold auto air for a complete break job. I brought in my own parts (4 new rotors and breaks) to be put on our vehicle. Rick cheerfully agreed to put them on at a very reasonable price. His mechanic efficiently did just that. Unfortunately, the new rotors put on the front wheels were out of tolerance (i.e. warped right from the factory.)

Now I am in a dilemma, the rotor company would replace the rotors, but at this point, they are installed on my vehicle (behind the new brakes). I can’t wait for 2 days to have Amazon prime ship me new rotors. Should I buy a second new set of rotors locally? Either way, the just installed new rotors must come off the vehicle and be resurfaced or replaced.

Since I had brought in my own parts, Rick could have charged me for the labor to remove the new rotors, turning them (making them truly flat again), and reinstalling them. He would have been within his rights to do so. However, he chose to look out for his customer’s best interest and fix the issue. He removed my defective new brakes and rotors, resurfaced the rotors, and reinstalled the brakes and rotors without asking for anything extra! How awesome is that! That kind of goodwill and integrity is hard to find. This is a well-run shop with good people working there! I like to support folks who support me. I am giving him our business from now on; I recommend with 5 stars that you do the same!
