I listed my Condo with Jeff on a Friday he brought me an all cash contract 11am the next day. He closed the deal in 30 days. Then he found me an 860k bank owned condo and negotiated a deal for 390k. With out Jeff's system of reading every real time alert for new listings and acting on it as he did I would never have got such an amazing buy!
