" Nice resort. Only stayed a few days. Clean with ocean view. No beach but has ocean swimming, rock wall ladder. Also has a nice pool. Free shower. Would use this resort again. "

" Loved this place, they did a tremendous job cleaning up after the hurricane and it looked great. The pool was nice and the park was clean. Great sunsets on the water as well. The standard sites are a little tight for 40' class A but not too bad when it isn't full. We will be back! "

" The positive: The campground is nice and is in a great location. We felt our premium sites had plenty of room. The docks and water area was nice.
The Negative: We called months ago and booked with two other couples to have three sites together. Multiple phone calls including the day of travel confirmed we were together. Upon check in, that was not the case. They had two of us together and moved the third a couple of spots closer after complaining. Said they could not move to the adjacent spot because the person coming had it reserved. Multiple times we were told sites could not be reserved and would not be available until check in but we would be together. Not sure how the other person had a specific site reservation. Regardless, we were told there were not three spots together and that it was a holiday so there was nothing they could do.
Now, the real issue. The campground is loaded with sand spurs. We had our dog with us that was never able to walk around because of the sand spurs. I spent more time picking sand spurs out of my feet than I did enjoying the campground. We spoke to the manager and I am assuming her husband the next morning about not having three spots together and the sand spur problem. They miraculously had three spots together that we could move to but they had just as many sand spurs. When asked if we could have a discount for them not being up front and honest about the sand spurs and reservation, they said absolutely not as they would have to give a discount to everyone. Rudest campground hosts I have ever encountered.
Since they will not disclose their problems, I will. For a premium site, you get literally 100,000+ sand spurs for your money. Bring boots if you want to walk around. Minus the sand spurs and the mangers, this would be a great campground. "

" Its hard to find a nice place in the keys and you aren't going to find resorts like you'd expect elsewhere down there. However, this comes close! Well maintained campground. Big off leash dog park. Very roomy sites. Boat ramp and snorkeling area. Clean bathrooms. The only place I could find in the keys with grassy green space. Very helpful in accommodating a second truck and boat. Will stay again! "

" We stayed at the Jolly Rodger RV Resort late April 2017. Our site on the sea wall was very scenic and pleasant. The staff was most gracious and helpful loaning us a small cooler to take on a snorkeling trip. As the weather turned rainy they refunded a night’s stay when we elected to leave early. We would definitely stay there again. "

" This park is well maintained and right on the ocean. Stayed on a small peninsula with two tent camping sites on it. It was a bit windy in the evening and smelled fishy but was great! Nice and warm all night (late March). There were pelicans all over the place, and dolphins breaking the surface of the water every few minutes in the late morning. A bit pricey at about 70, but not too bad after splitting the cost with my friend. "

" Great place to park the RV and enjoy a long week. There is a pier for fishing. Dock for boats and a loading dock. They have a section blocked off for snorkeling. While there we saw parrot fight, an eagle ray, lobsters, and a bunch of smaller fish. People that work there are friendly. There's also a pool and some effiencies for rent if you have family visiting. Each RV site has a sewar and electrical hook up. They do have free WiFi, but it's very spotty and I could not stay connected to it. They offer the option to rent a router if needed. The bathrooms and showers were a little out dated. For the shower, it's the keys, so don't expect a lot of water pressure. Although, the push button shower were annoying. They also have an on site laundry mat that makes life a little easy. I really wish they had a bar, convient store or restaurant. You need to get all your supplies before hand. There are a hand full of restaurants around. The local grocery store is not too far away. The place is nice for the money, but remember you're in the keys. "

" This place is my family's favorite camp ground. It has it all & is just simply beautiful considering the price here is very reasonable compared to other campgrounds in the Keys or elsewhere in Florida along either cost for that matter. The women at the office have always been very pleasant & very accommodating to any of our needs. The pool is always clean & heated. Campground is always clean & my Boys & I just love snorkeling along the sea wall & fishing from the pier. The campground has all the wants anyone would be looking for in the Keys. Boat ramp, boat slips for those with boats or water crafts. Also amazing sunsets. The rules are the same here as any other campground. I've never wanted to give a review on this place because I always considered this place to be a Hidden Gem and wanted to stay like that. I didn't want this place to become too popular & that might ruin it's beauty. But after seeing some of the latest reviews, being negative, I felt I had to give my review to let one know this is the greatest campground. We keep coming back over & over again. We camp here in a motorhome. "
