" I have lost almost 50 lbs. thanks to Dr. Sanchez and the weight loss program at Marianna Family Care Center. Dr. Sanchez and his nurses have been wonderful. They seem to be excited as I am about my weight loss. "

" Worst experience ever! I had hurt my wrist tripping at the house. When I called them they said it would be 100$ I know my insurance wouldn't cover it because I have an outrageous deductible. Anyways I waited 4 hrs in The waiting room with my 2yr old! Which I understood at the time because they were going to squeeze me in, after I'm in the back for a while the Dr is in the room for FIVE MIN to give me a referral to get an xray. .. A few weeks later I get an additional bill for 70$!! They said they claimed it on my deductible. I CAN NOT STAND WHEN PEOPLE ARE NOT TRUE TO THEIR WORD ! THEN WHEN I CALL ABOUT THE BILL I TOLD I CAN SPEAK TO THE OFFICE MANAGER BECAUSE THEY WANT UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW ENGLISH WELL!!! I cannot believe that's their excuse for not handling an issue!! I WILL never go back and always tell people of this ridiculous experience! Wish I could put negative stars! "
