" Maven IP is a very professional and efficient legal firm. They have a very organized, informative system for expediting brand application for the average e-commerce seller. Being moderately challenged with executive function due to head injury, and new to e-commerce, I encountered some misleading terminology in the process. Janet (Maven IP) did get back to me to assist me in correcting my misunderstandings with free 10 minute consultation which was enough to for her to quickly identify my problems and give me anticipatory guidance so I could complete the Amazon side of brand registry. Janet went above and beyond her role to help. Before I requested help from Maven IP, I had made 5 calls/cases to Amazon to obtain some guidance with the brand registry sign up. Each call/case ended with the same automated email responses from " Brand Registry" advising me to start over with an IP Accelerator legal firm, which had already been completed. No real person from Amazon ever responded to me by email from Amazon Brand Registry. Thank you for stepping in to help, Janet! "
