" I just went to this location for a cashiers check and the guy they had doing the drive through lanes was very incompetent to do something so simple. Something told me to go inside after he asked for my access number when I had already put my FL DL and Navy Fed Debit card into the carrier and sent it to him before he even came on the video screen. I could BARELY hear him which was very annoying. He also asked me where I wanted to transfer the money from, and I'm thinking: there's only ONE account with money in it! Where else would you get it from?? So I nicely told him, usually they transfer the money from my checking to the savings for the cashiers check. I also had to repeat the name of who the check is payable to about 3 times and he still had to send me a pen and paper to write it down! And guess what? He still asked me to spell one of the words that I clearly wrote. After it was said and done, I left semi confident that nothing else could be wrong at this point but lo and behold I get to my apartments and there's NO bank signature on the check! I had to drive all the way back through traffic for a SIGNATURE!! He didn't even offer an apology and all he did was freaking scribble in a signature. If you happen to have this man AVOID him by all costs (trust me you will know him if you encounter him because he'll be asking you questions as if you work there). No one this incompetent should be handling someone else's money! I had to wait 10+ minutes for an incorrect CC and make two trips. I'm beyond pissed. If you don't know what to do ask someone who works there! "
