" Unprofessional, unorganized and felt completely less than valued as a patient there. I saw mixed reviews and wanted to give it a chance, going to go ahead and say don't do it. For my consultation I showed up prior to my appointment with all my paperwork and copies of IDs already made. I apparently showed up at the wrong office- which I had no idea they even had two offices (no one let me know- I followed google). I then was sent to the other office to show up and wait 45 minutes for my consultation. At this point, I asked when I would be seen and they let me know that the surgeon was in surgery and it wouldn't be until afternoon. I thought this was completely bizarre. They then offered to see if they could possibly squeeze me in at the other location? I let them know that I wanted to be seen ASAP (I traveled out of state for this). They did see me at the other office but that was already too much trouble. It has been a month since then and I have been calling to see what my insurance would cover- I even called my insurance to see if I could put a rush to it and figure it out myself. It is impossible to get a hold of someone and even less likely to get a call back (even after numerous voicemails). I will be taking my business else where - even though I had it planned to have surgery this week. It just scares me that if I can't get a call back about my insurance.. do they really take good care of patients? "

" Dr. Bower and his team are wonderful. They truly care about their patients. They make sure you are comfortable and understand everything before, during and after. Dr Bower even called to check up on me after my surgery. We need more professionals like Dr. Bower and his team. "

" I was so nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed that I put it off until age 30. I had heard so many horror stories about recovery time, cost, and pain. Dr. Bower and his entire staff was amazing! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and within minutes I was called back. The woman who set me up, took my blood pressure, and applied the monitoring equipment was so sweet and put me at ease from the start. I am terrified of needles and Eric, who did my IV, made sure to distract me with conversation. I've seen so many people who get IV's and have giant bruses after and I can barely see where mine was. Dr. Bower came in and went over what teeth were being removed and discussed pain management with me. He really listened to my reluctance about taking any type of strong pain meds and gave me a lesser option. He even called me the next morning to make sure I was doing okay! I couldn't be happier with the care I received by everyone at Dr. Bower's office. I would recommend them to anyone who needs dental surgery! "
