" Went out of our way to go there because I had a $10 coupon. Didn’t know the food the Vet suggested needs a script. Checkout said the back would provide script. Yes indeed, if you have a checkup with their vet. Needless to say we were unable to purchase food! "

" Horrible grooming skills! I spent 15 mins explaining what I wanted and it was super easy. I picked up my dog and he was almost bald! Never again! And they charged me $52 for it! "

" I go to this store because it's located in the same plaza as my job, so it's convenient. However, I'll spend the extra dollar at Pet Supermarket from now on. This isn't the first time I've gone to purchase my cats' food and I find most of the bags, of the specific brand I buy, are not sealed. They're literally opened and exposed. How is that overlooked? The most recent trip was completely unprofessional on the manager's part. I figured I'd pick up a toy. Found one that was on clearance, there was a total of 4 on the peg hook. I go to the check out line and of course it rings up a different price. The cashier called for a manager and I walked her to it. She reads off the UPC and says "They're different UPC's" and walked away back to the register. She did adjust the price, but with the smugest look on her face as if a $2 difference was such a huge inconvenience for her (didn't get her name, but she was roughly 5'3ish, glasses, mid-length brown hair in a pony tail, average all around). I said thank you, but received no response in return. Look, I've worked in retail, major retail, for 10 years. And before you question me, it's not my job to ensure other stores have their price tags correct. If I can learn to smile through my resting b**** face and say some apologetic line so the customer doesn't feel like a a-hole, she can too. "

" I would rather go to Petco in Stuart. Better prices. Petsmart has a bigger selection with certain things but definitely much more expensive. "

" Get your pet on. They have Banfield in the back (where I take my animals), they work with several rescues in the area (the weekends, that place is like a puppy palace and their tends to always be cats), and the staff is really helpful. Worst part of it is the parking lot. I would suggest going around the back way to get there. "
