" Terrible service. I called in the morning and asked if they were buying bats and the man that spoke to me on the phone said that they were. Two hours later I arrive at the store and the manager says they're not buying bats. I told him that I spoke on the phone with a worker there that morning and he said he'd buy bats from me but that I could not remember his name. All he said was sorry. I live in Orange Park and driving all the way to Ponte Vedra to sell bats to just find out that I can't sell my bats to them is ridiculous. This is the second time that this has happened. I would not recommend going here. "

" Poor customer service. We have visited this location for 7 + years and have frequently purchased things for our family to use during our vacations to Ponte vedra. I would consider myself a very attentive parent when shopping with my children at a store and have very high expectations of them and their behavior when we are at a retail location When walking into this store this summer (with only 1 of my 5 children), I took note of other customers in the store and noticed they were testing out different equipment in the store. I then allowed my child to try out a small piece of equipment (that was very age appropriate for her) only to be told by the sales person (young 20 something male) that she couldn't be on the equipment, and followed it up in a very annoyed tone with "it's as much for me as it is for her" .....leaving me with the impression that he was annoyed not concerned that she would get hurt. I have no problem with someone requesting my child not touch equipment but the delivery of the message and reason for the request makes all the difference.....the annoyance of a millennial is not a great reason. "
