" Just received the most unprofessional and rude voicemail from “Kendall”. Stay far away from this company! Booked and screenshot every detail of the booking, paid the 30% down and got a notice the next morning that I must pay the total and a deposit within 24 hours! However, I had already paid the 30% and it says the remaining balance within 14 days of arrival. Sounds fishy to me! Have every screenshot and message. "

" I just spoke to Kendall who initially stated she was the office manager and then later claimed she was the owner of Schulstadt Rental. She was extremely curt, unprofessional and condescending at the onset of the call regarding an authorization form. Not sure why basic customer service has been lost on some employees/managers in client facing roles,but it has. I immediately canceled my booking, I much rather spend my money with a rental agency that values their prospective guests than one that chooses to devalue them with their words. "

" Very nice condo! We are a family of five and were running late. Kendall called to verify our arrival time and left our tags etc. with security. Theresa was available to answer our question after hours immediately. It was cold and rainy when we rented this place and my three small kids fell ill. They just couldn't open their eyes in the morning for breakfast. I wanted them to eat the meal at home because they were sick and it would've been impossible for us to carry three sick kids in the rain. The cleaner came in at 10:10 am. We were just finishing up their breakfast and clearing up for the cleaner. Asked him to come in and start up since kids were ill and we had a slow start. He did and even told us that we had kept it clean (nice guy!). I return home and get tagged another $50 for late check-out. I called and tried to reason with Allison who was not rude but completely inconsiderate and very matter-of-fact business like - we want your money and that's that! (Too bad your kids were sick but I'm gonna stick to the policy! Have a nice day!! -- she didn't say it but when I asked if I could speak to someone else (with a heart), she said that I couldn't and this was in the policy). It's not about the $50 - if I've spent so much what's another $50 -- but it's how you get treated when you have three small kids that are sick. If you have small kids, please find another agent who has the heart to understand what it takes. You can find many beautiful condo's in the area. In business, you have to have a small measure of understanding. I'm disgusted and never going back to a place that treats their customer callously. "

" Super nice condo and facility at Majestic Beach Towers. The security was a little tight about us wearing the "tags" that showed we were guests after dark, but I guess that's a good thing.

Linda was very nice and the entire experience was hassle free. Will contact them the next time we head down to PCB. "
