" My father passed away the Friday before the labor day weekend. With family pouring in from all over the country, we needed to arrange a funeral very quickly, before people had to return to school and their jobs. Kay Waites was simply amazing in helping us take care of everything. Though there were times when we needed to make multiple calls to her daily, she never once seemed frustrated or impatient; she was actually very pleasant to talk to during the entire process. Sound Choice took care of everything, and did so very quickly and professionally. I could not have been more pleased with their effort during a very trying time for our family. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone; and their price was far more reasonable than anyone else we had been able to find. "
