" Truly the worst experience ever. I have been to 31 different tire kingdoms through out the country. Only had an issue with one. You gu3ssed it this one. I have a 1 ton truck brought in for brake pads.
1 ton truck are big and heavy and should not be lifted more than 3 ft off the ground as per federal government regulations. The reasons I was denied service was that they couldn't lift the truck to eye level. Why do you need to lift the truck to a point past what the federal government mandates? Why do you advertise to you service fleet vehicles, if your Manager has not properly trained as per the federal government safety regulations?
I truly would not recommend that anyone visits this Tire Kingdom. If they can't even follow simple instructions by the United States government, what makes you think that they are capable of fixing simple normal vehicles. Again I called 2 hours ahead of time and the truck was inspected parts were ordered and I was mandated to leave the property with an unless vehicle. That in itself is breaking the law "

" Jamie tried to take advantage of the situation I was in when my spare tire had a flat. He jacked up the prices on the parts to do the work. He wanted to charge me $875 for calipers, rotors and breaks. He kept telling me he saved me where he could. I called another Tire Kingdom and they priced me at $ 568 for everything!! Wouldn't haven't given it a 1. Wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE!! "
