" Our waitress was slow to get back to us with our drinks. They burned my bacon and the soda had a weird taste to it. However I'll admit it was a bit busy and it was Christmas Eve. I'd been here once before and had great service. So 4 stars for everything else being good. I would return here again. "

" Four stars in class - (24 hr diner, bfast all day, uniformed & counter service).
Immediately greeted cheerfully by line manager and offered a cup of coffee while we waited for a table.
Not a long wait - less than 2 minutes.
Server was shadowed by trainee who was eager to learn the ropes. She delivered and refreshed the table after order was taken.
I always enjoy the "hashbrown-speak" of Waffle House and so generally order accordingly. Minutes later, "smothered, covered, diced, peppered and topped" could be heard bellowed on the line.
Wife ordered the cheese omelette and unsweetened iced tea. I, the above with a couple of sunny side ups.
All Waffle Houses offer a quintessential experience - especially at the bar. This one is more enjoyable than most - largely due to the flavor of the environs. "
