" I would give this zero stars if I could. There is absolutely NO way I would ever take my dogs to this Vet. I had an emergency with my Yorkie after hours and called to make sure I could bring him in so my first question was I would just like to make sure you are open 24 hours (the website states this but I asked to be polite because it was around 10pm) and the Vet responded with "We're not Walmart we don't sit around 24 hours waiting for people to come in but, if there is a need then we come to the office" Okay first off why would I be calling you if there wasn't a need? And after that response do you think I'd let you come near my hurt dog? NO. I've never been spoken to that way. Needless to say I was in shock so just said never mind and hung up the phone. "

" The doctors and staff at this location are absolutely horrid. I spoke with multiple staff members at this location and all of them are rude and unhelpful. They must hate their jobs and they let that reflect in their tone of voice. I would stay away at all costs. "

" Was contacted this morning June 14th, 2017 at 7:50 am, by the office staff requesting me to pay an outstanding bill. I only visited this office once on September 26, 2016, because I was new to the area, but after that one visit I found care elsewhere because the vet was demeaning and the staff seemed unqualified. As it turns out, that was true and the technician did not put a fecal test on my bill. Now, at the time of service in SEPTEMBER, I paid my bill in full and then had no further contact with the office other than to communicate I wouldn't be returning as a client. Now today, almost 9 MONTHS later, they are calling for the outstanding bill. In my opinion, this is their mistake and not my problem that they don't audit their systems more frequently than every 9 months. Especially to think that they are willing to send someone to collections (which was what was told to me by Tabitha, the office manager) over a $16.50 fecal test that was their mistake. Meeting with their finance person tomorrow and will probably pay it, because really, it isn't the money. It's the principle that almost 9 months have passed and now you are demanding payment or it will be sent to collections! I didn't even receive a copy of the outstanding bill until I was hung up on (and rightly so, bc I was heated to wake up to this kind of call), and forced to call back and request the information.

This is the most unprofessional and disorganized vet's office I have ever been to. Zero compassion for their patients and an extremely unrealistic view of how business operations should run. Good luck to anyone who attempts to receive care from this office. "

" After calling our normal vet on memorial day weekend ad being told she didn't know of anyone who could see pigs on the weekend, we found Walden Lake Animal Clinic online and called the number. Dr. Bailey answered and we gave him our 3 month old pig Bolt's symptoms (throwing up and lethargic which is not good in pigs.) Dr. Bailey was about an hour away but saw him immediately. He ended up staying there for several days but Dr. Bailey only ordered tests when necessary. For example, rather than running an X-ray on the first day to check for an obstruction, he waited to see if Bolt continued to vomit (he did) before running it the second day. He called us every day, and was always available on his cell if we wanted to check on him. Bolt came home this afternoon and is almost back to his normal pig self. We are switching to Dr. Bailey for the pigs, even though we live an hour away, and maybe for all of our animals. Thank you Dr. Bailey for helping Bolt come back home to us and his brother Thunder:) "

" My visit to the Walden Lake Animal Clinic was by far the worst Veterinary experience I've ever had in my life. I took my dog in for what I thought was a problem with her mouth because I noticed her drooling a tiny bit of blood. The doctor condescendingly told me that it wasnt anything to do with her mouth, that she was in heat and that the was blood from her vagina. Then after actually examining my dog he realized she IS NOT in heat and there is a severe rash in her vaginal area. He then told me that he needed to do a hygienic trim on my dog's face, which ended up in my dog's face covered and abrasions from the razor he used -we were lied to and told that they do not use razors on these animals. We were then told we would be receiving a pack of 6 heartworm and flea medication, handed the medication and were prompted on how to administer the medication and when to do it each month. The doctor then snatched the bag out of my hand, took it to the other room and started yelling at his assistant about matters which I'm unsure of. When i got home i realized he switched the 6 pack of medication with a 1 pack WITHOUT INFORMING ME WHATSOEVER, and still charged me the same price we discussed for the 6 pack of medication. We contacted the office to discuss our horrible experience and we were told we would get a call back from a manager. "Alicia" called us later that day and was by far the rudest most unprofessional "manager" I have ever dealt with, and and she quickly informed me that she would not do anything to resolve this issue other than talk to the employees and make sure their stories don't match up with mine. She then hung up on me and when i tried to call her back she told me if i tried to contact her again she would "sue me for harassment". Please, if you have any love for your animals, AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! "

" I wasn't going to review this place but they sent me an email asking me to so I will.

First, they only have one exam room it looked like, so clients are seen one at a time, which is inefficient. I had to wait an hour just to be seen by the tech. I was a new client, so she didn't even give me to proper paperwork to fill out while I was waiting.

Second, the vet tech did not even remember what my dogs problem was. I had to remind her.

Third, we finally get in to be seen by the vet, Dr. Bailey I believe. I had to stand at the doorway while he had my little girl on a table. He did not seem like he liked my dog very much and he did not comfort her at all. He had to take blood, and he shaved way too much of her fur that was needed (another vet said this, this isn't an opinion). She freaked out so much when he tried to take her blood, I thought the needle got stuck in her when he backed away from her. He never warned me that she might have a bruise afterward, which scared me too.

The exam that I paid full price for consisted of him looking in her ears, and touching her butt. Nothing else. I even asked if that was all they were doing.

Then, the vet continued to argue with me about her bladder medicine, I am not a vet but after speaking with my old vet, he didn't know what he was talking about.

They said they would email me her blood work but never did. I even called to remind them and they still forgot.

The reason why I was seeking a new vet was because my normal one is over an hour away from where I live now. She needed her teeth cleaned, which is a procedure using anesthesia. After this visit, there is no way I would trust this clinic with my dogs life like that. "

" Husband took dog in because our regular vet was out of town and needed our dog's foot looked at. My husband was put off with the attitude of the vet. He stated that the vet was rather rude, which is not something my husband ever says.

The dog has an easily treated cyst between her toes and this has never been an issue in her 4 years of life. Yet, the vet's first suggestion was surgery or laser treatment for essentially a very common dog ailment. Luckily, she got antibiotics and we went to our real vet for a second opinion, which was to continue antibiotics because surgery was a stupid suggestion.
We won't be back. "
