" Had a pretty bad experience at the photo kiosk last week. I ordered a few prints via the mobile app, and once I got there for pick up, things went downhill fast. The person who came to the counter to help (Maggie), was very rude from the first moment she came up. She seemed irritated to be there, and even as I stated my name so she could look for my prints, I felt uncomfortable. She was huffing the whole time, and her tone of voice was cold and annoyed. Once she finally found the only large print I had ordered, I pointed out that they had cut the head off of the portrait shot. At this she scoffed that it wasn't their fault, but I had probably taken a bad picture that wasn't centered. I informed her that it was a professional shot and perfectly centered and that I had double checked it before confirming the order. When I said this, she became even ruder and said that I couldn't have the print at all since it was a professional shot and I didnt have permission to print it. She didnt ask if I had permission, she didnt ask if I myself was the photographer, she didn't suggest how I may go about the situation at all. It was a horrible experience, and I was too uncomfortable to say anything when the manager came up to remove the print. I should have spoken up though, because this experience is the sole reason why I will never go back there. I may be just one customer, but if thats the kind of customer service they offer, then its no wonder why Walgreen's is going down hill. Once I got home, I double checked if maybe I had uploaded that image wrong, but no I hadn't. It was perfectly centered. Walgreen's customer service just stinks. So rude and unprofessional "
