" Liat and her team were a pleasure to work with from the start by sending out someone in a timely fashion for an detailed estimate as requested. ACE's team was initially called for a exterior paint job to a historic house on a campus layout. The team's depth of knowledge for both painting and repairs along with their responsiveness led us to request additional services for another location as well as interior painting of the historic house. ACE was great with scheduling tasks around the office hours and always worked to ensure our satisfaction. Overall work included power washing, soffit repair and interior/exterior painting over 5 buildings completed on schedule and within a budget that was more detailed but less costly than other vendors. Could not have ask for a better experience. "

" I've worked with Ace Painting twice for our large shopping center maintenance projects (one in Stone Mountain and one in Atlanta near the airport) and I've been very pleased with their quality of work both times. They go out of their way to ensure the quality of their work and a few times took care of items that weren't listed on the original contract. I wouldn't have known about the extra work if I wasn't on-site myself to see it, since they never tried to hold it over my head. Liat is especially good about contacting me regularly to confirm that I'm happy with the work. "
