Just took my 2017 RDX in for an oil change, tire rotate/balance and it's semi annual "courtesy detail". As expected, AofA delivered in every way. Diana is always at the top of her game, providing excellent customer advisor service: scheduling, communicating, delivering on time and doing whatever it takes to make our experience a pleasure. They took the time to call me to explain what the service message meant, then went a step further to check all of those items on the car to see which of the services were needed at the time. Once again they did an excellent job of doing all the necessary service without trying to sell me on services that did not need to be done. There are truly a rare but excellent example of how a service department should conduct business. "
