Men About Change (MAC) is a program funded by the African American Male Initiative (AAMI) grant through the Georgia Board of Regents. CSU’s Office of Diversity Programs and Services was awarded this grant to fund the program in its partnership with Muscogee County School District, Collegiate Black Men of Columbus, and the City of Columbus. The program aims to increase recruitment, retention, and graduation rates of African American males in post-secondary education, primarily at CSU, by providing academic and social support for participants.

MAC hosts several events throughout the semester for African American males on campus. Some highlight event thus far include the following:
