" We hired A.I.R. Kitchen & Bath Center to remodel our entire master bath. Overall, we were very pleased with all aspects of the job. Emmanuel and Arlene were great to work with and all of their sub-contractors were extremely prompt, friendly and professional. We've worked with several contractors through the years and thought it was amazing that Emmanuel stopped in everyday to direct the sub-contractors and make sure the job was progressing as planned....very efficient! Although I did give a 5 star rating, there were a couple of miscommunications related to making changes post-contract. We worked it out, the work was completed to our satisfaction and the job was finished right on time. We were extremely pleased with the overall experience and love our new bathroom. We would definitely work with them again. "

" Emmanuel built us a kitchenette in our basement. While we are happy with the final product and appreciate that we were able to find a contractor during this time, we have to also mention that this process was not the best experience. There would be weeks where we would call and text Emmanuel about status updates, updates on parts coming in, and wondering when his team would be back over to complete the job, but we would receive no response at all. This was very concerning. We would also be informed that him or someone else would be coming to our house on a specific day, but no one would show up. My partner and I have extremely busy schedules and we weren't even living in the house at that time so this was a huge inconvenience for us. While I understand businesses are busy, communication is something that has to be improved. "
