" Terrible experience. They have a sign that says Veggie Fried Rice $4.99 Chicken or Beef Fried Rice $5.99. Then the price below says + $1.00 for Shrimp. When I ordered the chicken fried rice plus Shrimp they tried to charge me an extra $3.00 for it which made no sense. When I asked for an explanation all I was told was that shrimp is an extra $3. No one would acknowledge that the sign said $1, not even the manager. They refused to honor the advertised price so we left. I will never eat at American deli ever again. It was a very unpleasant experience. "

" Food was good, but the cashiers are rude as ever. Cashier that took my order had an attitude taking my order and wasn't even listening at some points, because she was too busy talking about her personal life with the other cashier. The other concerning matter was when i went to pick up my order I said thank you to the other cashier to her response of, "Yeah, uh huh...whatever" and kept going about her conversation. Need people with better customer service skills. "

" I like the food but they need to get rid of their help at the front who takes the orders. Attitudes suck and that will be the reason I don't come back. Don't want to work, keep your miserable self home and be broke. Stay away from the good food. "
