" Horrible!! We have been trying to reach someone by phone since 11:30 am. The line is never answered but rerouted to an automated voice center telling you to make an appointment to come into the location. What?!! Fabulous, but you close at 4pm!! I work until 5pm!! You do the math.
Thought it might be this location, but the Rincon, GA branch wouldn't answer either! Worthless management! "
