Joey and I first spoke on the phone about having someone come out and replace multiple warehouse lights for us. I told him that we weren't in any serious rush to have them replaced, but the sooner the better. To my surprise, he come out to visit our office and see what needed to be done (the lights are ~40-50 feet up).
After walking around for a few minutes, we discussed what would be the best option. Joey was honest and more than willing to answer any questions I had, and explain things in more detail when I asked. The whole process was straightforward and honestly, just super easy.
We exchanged a couple emails over the next couple of days, and just like that, everything was planned out. His service team found a time that fit with our schedule, and they showed up when they said they were going to show. No waiting and wondering when they might be here.
I couldn't be more happy with the results from Joey's recommendations. Because of the quality of lights we have now, we can actually have few lights turned on, and it is still easily brighter than before.

" We used Belco twice and had a great experience. Tim worked tirelessly to complete complicated wiring for a TV and additional outlets that required fishing wires in very difficult areas. All work was completed in a professional way and Tim cleaned up after himself as he completed the work. I will use Belco again and would recommend Tim as a professional technician. "

" I have used Belco a couple of times and have always been thrilled with the quality of their work, overall professionalism before, during, and after the job, and with their extremely reasonable pricing. However, the best experience came a couple of months ago when we were cleaning one of our customer's carpets. In the middle of the job, an outlet some 20 feet beyond the outlet we were using began to smoke. Immediately I called Tim Jackson at Belco. Though he was at lunch and he had no available technician at the moment, he said that he would personally visit our client when he finished his lunch. Upon arrival, Mr. Jackson quickly diagnosed the problem, changed out the outlet, explained to the customer that this issue was a result of some faulty wiring, and everyone parted with an extreme sigh of relief. The customer is happy, we have been absolved of wrong doing, and I am amazed at how promptly and inexpensively Tim Jackson handled everything. I could not have envisioned any better outcome!
