" I have not been happy with this company and will not recommend them to anyone else. Ms. Bonny has never provided me with an inspection of my property. However; I noticed that Bravo Group Real estate (since they changed the name), has always managed to charged me maintenance fees for things without an inspection. In stead I get an email about a maintenance problem. I feel like I was being billed to keep money in their contractors pockets. Many of the charges I feel were way overpriced. They never provided me with best price they just send someone out expecting me to pay. I eventually, cancelled my contract with this company; because I was not happy with their service , and the property manager Bonny Plemons. She has never had an interest in my property just in interest in her commission. "

" We love Bravo Group - As owners of 3 rentals, we have been given the upmost service and respect. Bravo Group gives excellent service to us and our renters. The front office has always been very responsive to anything we have needed. We have recommended Bravo Group to many friends and we will continue. Honest company with integrity and high ethics - that is why we will continue to do business with Bravo Group. They have sold a home for us in record time too. Very impressed!
