" The pharmacy techs and pharmacist are VERY rude. They don't want to fill medications. They don't have any customer service skills or training. It's ashame they let such behavior gone on there. They should all be replaced. I stopped going there. The CVS on North Columbia St. is much better. "

" The pharmacists have a code word for them not wanting to fill a script for you. Instead of just telling you the truth, they take your script to the head pharmacist, they talk to each other while looking dead at you like you're a piece of crap, then the tech walks back over and says: "We're out of that!". They'll never get another dime of my money! If you don't want to fill the script just tell the customer! (My friend is a tech at one of the CVS's in town and she told me this is standard practice, when I asked her why they are "Constantly" out of certain meds! "
