" Service was great, wait time was a bit long, 45 min approximately. Food was ok. Had the hamburger steak. The steak was bland, need seasoning, gravy was flavorful. Lemonade was good, Mac and cheese and mash potatoes was rich and creamy. Recommend visit during non peak times to avoid grill area back orders. "

" Food was nice and hot. Delish also. The waitress we had was super. Didn't have to wait long at all for our food. Kept our drinks full. I wish I could remember her name. She was young short and black. She smiled a lot. She is a keeper. A people person. "

" Our breakfast was delicious. What was unfortunate is that two of your guests didn't act as guests at all. As soon as they were seated the couple launched into one complaint after another. The two complained about their beautiful window seat. Nothing satisfied them. However the waitress and her supervisor are to be commended. They are saints in their efforts to make the couple welcome and comfortable. Had I the authority I would have shown them the door, but I was not the host.

" This location is a nice second for the Cracker Barrel's in and around Augusta. I prefer the one in Evans but this one is almost as nice. I've always had good service here as well but it can be more crowded. "

" Plenty of parking, easy access back onto the road. The wait time was about 5 minutes even though they were busy with Christmas shoppers and the after church crowd.
Our server, Hannah, was great; the food was hot and delicious. Wonderful atmosphere with a warm crackling fire in the fireplace. "
