" OK service if you have to order tires not in stock. They took over three weeks to get my tires in and then when they came in they only had two of four. They made it right by offering me similar tires in stock at the same price.
Edit: Reducing my stars on the review. After getting tires...and 3visits back because my tire pressure light keeps going off after the fill it with air and inspect. To get it looked at for real you have to set an appointment or wait upwards of 3 hours... All of a sudden I had a crack in one wheel...no issue before, no damage tires, no speed bumps hit. After inspection it looks like pry marks on the inside of the wheel....of course the reps say its been there....then I begin to question why they put brand new tires on a cracked wheel....after much discussion the wheel goes off for repair.
Then it comes back and I need wait another 1.5hr just for them to change a tire. They won't let me set an appointment over the phone. Also good luck them answering or not hanging up on you of you call. They say I must come in and wait in line. Maybe they just like looking busy with cars I don't know but customer service is not their priority.
I am being extra polite in my review all things considered and i understand issues happen anywhere you go but am shocked they have such good reviews at this location considering my multiple issues. I've always used discount tire in multiple locations and states never this level of frustration. "

" That was an awesome experience. Despite coming in right before closing every single employee was incredibly professional and friendly. They each asked me if I'd been helped, needed coffee, etc.
Josh got the nail out of my tire, patched it up, and rotated my tires. I wasn't upsold or made to feel like I needed to purchase anything unnecessary. They sent me on my way with no charge but to spread the word about how my experience was. And it was awesome.
If you need tires or a patch come see these guys (and ask for Josh).
THIS is how you do customer service. End of story. I'll be a loyal customer from now on. "
