The Fortified Fitness Boot Camp is an outdoor fitness program that incorporates strength training, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility/stretching, and nutritional tips. Boot camp focuses on burning the maximum amount of fat and calories through high intensity cardio resistance training.

The FF Boot Camp experience includes constant motivation, positive reinforcement, and a fun, safe environment for all different fitness levels, ages and sizes -- everyone can handle and benefit greatly from FF Bootcamps! Each workout will last 60 minutes from warm-up to cool down.

These warriors were having an all out war with the battleropes. Worked 3 rounds of 30secs on each technique with 1.5 min break so the others can get some for the finisher. They earned the extend time in between sets during their workout. #fortifiedfitness #workforit #bootcamp #savannahga #noexcusesjustresults new 6 weeks starting soon

Last night's finisher was a pretty "simple" conditioning set. You have 3 sets of weights dumbbells, kettlebell, plates etc. Take a set walk it down 100ft drop them, run back get another and walk those down, run back for the last set and walk those down. Then you run to the original start and back to the weights. Repeat until all the weights are where you got them from. Like I said easy! Their faces and silence didn't suggest that though, They kicked butt and got through it anyway. � love the heart that these warriors display. Sharon Berry Jenkins & Maria Maria good job.
