" I had been going to that place and Fran especially was excellent with my Bischon. I recently took my 1 year old Golden Doodle. They shaved him down which I am not upset about. They had cut him so badly at so many places which they did not mention to me when I had gone to pick him up. I called up the groomer to tell me atleast how his ears got clipped so that we could give him a proper treatment. But the groomer denied about it. My poor baby suffered a lot because of the deep cut in his both ears and still complains about it even after 2 months now. I thought I had found a good honest groomer. But I was wrong. Will not take him there anymore. Will also tell about my experience to all the friends that I had personally recommended. "

" I brought my Giant Schnauzer pup (7 mo) to Fran and Friends as a first time client. The only reason I came here is because they were closer to home than the previous groomer (big mistake). They butchered my dogs cut!! His eyebrows are uneven, they cut his beard off, his legs look like they trimmed him blindfolded, so uneven. They shaved his stomach horribly, and his private area. I asked them when I arrived if he behaved, and the woman I spoke to (who I assume groomed him) said he was well behaved and did very well with no trouble. I didn’t look him over well enough while at the groomer shop before leaving, which was also a big mistake, and waited until I got home. I will not be back and DO NOT RECOMMEND. The staff was friendly, but I am not happy with the cut, especially for the $108 (discounted) I paid for it. "
