" Daryen and Wayne went above and beyond every step of the way. Gerald Jones Volvo Cars is a wonderful dealership. We bought our first Volvo from them in 1993. We own three 16+ year old cars and anytime we come in for service they give us loaners, wash the car and treat us the same as if we had brought in a new Volvo.
The service department is top notch. I am a engineer and I’ve talked to them and it’s obvious they really know what they’re doing. Michael the head service tech is amazing.
My daughter and parents both have Volvo dealers in their areas. But they have found that Gerald Jones Service is so superior that they schedule their service with Gerald Jones when they come to visit me. "

" The service team was able to evaluate my cars issues very quickly, and get that information straight to me. I only waited around 30 minutes and was able to make my decision, and get one of your Outbacks for an overnight rental. I then had the rest of my day to fulfill my obligations. The results are satisfying, my car drives much smoother, the acceleration is quicker. Overall it was informative, and quick, with great customer service. "

" Evan replied quickly to my questions and even sent a video of my soon to be new Subaru Forester. This impressed me so much! He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. Then he worked with us to make payments affordable and even stayed after hours to make our dreams come true! "

" So I've dealt with these folks and corporate and no one can seem to explain to me why I've waited a month and paid $1100+ to have an ac repair done and still not have a working ac. Then suggested we pay another $950 to swap out a water pump. We also had the takata airbag replaced and they damaged our dash in the process and didn't care to fix it. They also keep calling my non technical spouse to approve charges when she has no idea what they're talking about After I've asked them to contact myself. They are trying to get over on some one. I've filed a complaint with the BBB. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They clearly don't pay enough for good technicians. Paid my local shop $100 to swap out a temperature sensor which fixed the problem. Imagine that! "

" This service department almost killed me by filling my windshield washer fluid with what I assume was water in December of 2016. I drove to Wisconsin and it froze solid in Louisville (15-25 degrees Fahrenheit) , which I didn't realize until I was in heavy traffic in Chicago and could not clean salt/spray/mud off my windshield. I told the service department this when they called to see if I was satisfied with my service....no response. They also will try to sell you complete sets of new tires rather than adequately repairing existing ones with relatively few miles on them. The only reason I use this place is because I have an extended service warranty through Subaru. When it expires I will absolutely go elsewhere. "

" By far the worst service department I have ever encountered in my life. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would.
We dropped our car off to get an oil change and check a humming noise coming from the back of our Subaru Outback last Saturday. At 5:00 pm they called and said that they changed the oil, but they did not have time to check anything else.
We drop the car off again on Friday to check out the initial issue. They called at approx. 1:00 pm and said that "It "may" be both wheel bearings" We instructed them that we were going to do a single wheel bearing since we had one replaced 40,000 miles ago. They said that they would do that.
Approximately 2 hours later the service department called my wife to say they had taken it upon themselves to break a bolt on our vehicle (which made it undriveable) and that "it was going to have to be broken anyway to repair the bearing (never called to receive consent to break the bolt). They also did not have the wheel bearing in stock, and had to order one (which arrived late today) so we were left without a vehicle for four days.
When we went to pick up the vehicle, the clerk said that "it may be all four bearings" and that he drove it earlier today and hands us a check that includes the charges for time, the wheel bearing (that arrived today after 1 pm) and the BOLT THAT THEY BROKE!
At this point I couldn't stay quiet any longer and demanded that we not be charged for a part that was broken by their service department without our consent (also leaving us without a vehicle for all-together 5 days), and today diagnosing an entirely new problem!
The quality and customer service I received was beyond unacceptable, and the sheer incompetence was undeniable. I will ensure that I spread the word about the service I received "
