" I had flowers delivered to my sister for her birthday. She was not at the original site of delivery. Needless to say, Halls called my sister and located her and made the delivery with no additional charges. She was very impressed and loved the flowers that Halls florist delivered. " I just want to personally say how much I appreciate Hall's Flower shop. I live in Arizona and wanted to have some flowers delivered to a family member that lives in Lawrenceville Georgia. When I called, I spoke with a very kind employee and very helpful. There was a bit of a miscommunication with the driver the day of delivery. I was able to speak with the manager the following day and she took on the concern, upgraded our flower arrangement, and promised that additional training would be given to the driver. I would highly recommend Hall's Flower shop. Mistakes happen. I appreciate how they handles and corrected it. "

This time I came to buy flowers for a garland to replace a stolen valentines day gift, and the staff were more than happy to even make some recommendations towards the flowers and tips for the project. Couldn't ask for better florists. "
