" Everytime I get here they NEVER have my car. They NEVER answer the phone. I Booked a car 1 month ago. Upgraded to a van YESTERDAY! I get here and they told me that we wanted to wait to see if you really needed the van we have to go pick up one for you. Kila attempted to explain the reason repeatedly which was irrelevant. However she remained polite and professional nothing a little training can't fix. But Tavia Johnson on the other hand was rude, disrespectful and has no business working for any organization that deals with customer service. She said oh Jesus and CONTINUED TO go back and forth with wasting time when all she had to do was apologize and go get my the van. Now I'm late for my trip. Calling Corp.smh "

" I made a reservation several days in advance to rent a car here but on the day of the rental they had "no cars". No bothered to call and let me know. I waited all day. Still "no cars." No manager was available to speak with, nor did one call me as requested. The next day I called to get a car and was told that I couldn't get one because I didn't have a reservation for that day! I had to rebook my reservation at a different location, which cost more money, plus the cost of Ubers in the meantime. Very unhappy customer!!! "

" This is by FAR the worst car rental experience I have ever had!!! When I first arrived to rent there were 3 people waiting in line and no customer service agent. When she finally got there she said she had been running back and forth to the airport (not our problem, hire more people). On top of that, they had no cars and my rental was not ready and had to be washed so she asked if I could come back in 3 hours! Said no and she tried to find a rental and no one else had any available. Upon return, it took them 20 minutes to find my name in the system and they messed up my payment information, over charged and basically told me to figure it out with my insurance. Then when I called to ask questions someone answered a cell phone and was talking to someone else and washing a car. Very unprofessional and unorganized!!! "
