DEA. HORACE A. RUFF PASSED ON TUESDAY JULY 30, 2019 AT HIS RESIDENCE.
Deacon Ruff service will be Sunday August 4, 2019 3:00 pm at Springfield Baptist Church, 3374 Springfield Church Road, Sparta, Ga. 31087. Interment will follow at Ruff Family Cemetery, 15996 Ga Hwy 22, Sparta, Ga. 31087.
Visitation will be Saturday August 3, 2019, 10:00am-until at Ingram Brothers Funeral Home, 249 Spring Street Sparta, Ga. 31087.

Sam leaves to cherish his memories one son, Horace, Jr. (Amanda); three daughters, Annie Joe Keith (William), Leanne, and Patricia; special niece-daughter, Constance Campbell; special nephew-son, Philip Campbell (Carolyn); ten grandsons; one granddaughter; twelve great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; special brother-in-law, Elijah Baker; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends.

Ronald Demetrius Smith, beloved son and brother lovingly known as “Meatris”, departed his earthly body and entered into glory on Thursday, July 18, 2019, at his residence in Milledgeville, Georgia. Services for Mr. Ronald Smith are on Thursday July 25,2019 11 AM at Sandy Run AME , Sparta,GA. Ronald entered into this world on April 1, 1964, born to the late Madeline Smith Simmons. His grandparents the late Johnnie and Rosa Lee Smith, who he affectionately called “Ma and Dadd...y”, were very instrumental in his upbringing. He will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his brother, Undra Luzar Smith. Ronald’s precious memories will be cherished by all who knew him, but especially by his sisters, Brenda Gail (James) Smith of Athens, Georgia, Angela (Lee) Lawson and Sharon (Reverend Derrick) Hill, of Sparta, Georgia; brothers, Eric P. Smith of Sparta, Georgia, Cedrick R. (Alicia) Simmons of Sebring, Florida, Eddie (Diane) Harris of Dallas, Texas, and Dexter Thomas of Sparta, Georgia; aunts, Johnnie Mae Smith and Dorothy (Derrick) Gilbert of Milledgeville, Georgia; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
