" Worst experience ever!!! They broke my tv, tried to get away with not wrapping my leather furniture, caught them dragging it on the cement outside, had to tell them to wrap it, they wrapped it with plastic.... wood tables chipped, night stand leg was destroyed, needs to be trashed now, dropped boxes down the stairs, broke $300.00 lamps, I could go on and on. When I told them about the damages, they said that they don't cover electronics. What is the purpose for them to have insurance if they don't use it cover damages!! What a joke, terrible terrible movers. Didn't put things where I instructed, lost the IKEA hardware to put my bed together, now I have to order new hardware, won't get here for a month, smelled like they smoked all the cigarettes in Georgia, left their trash in my house!!!!! No joke!!!! Blocked the entrances of the doors of my neighbors at the apartment, so unprofessional, cursing, terrible terrible terrible!!!! They left me in complete chaos blocked entrances to rooms, I couldn't get in my master closet for days, they brought the wrong size of truck, so not all the furniture fit, I had to move the things they left the next day into neighbor's home since my lease was ending, they also damaged the walls of my apartment so I didn't get all of my security deposit back... You'd have better luck just renting a U-Haul and having a group of hobos do the work. "
