Love the food but it definitely needs to be training up there. They go through staff like a rotating door. And seem to only care about regular customer instead of gaining new ones. " First time dining and we had a Great experience. Came during lunchtime and had the best lemon pepper wings ever!!! The manager was great, he continued to walk the room and check on all the patrons. We had the bartender start us off and our waitress ended up being great as well! My friend had the philly Steak and gave Rave reviews. I'm going back tonight to take my Hubby!Lemonpeppermeplease# "

" I'm a regular at this particular JR Crickets. My father used to bring me here when i was 16years old. I am now 31. If you do visit this place on cascade Rd my advice would be to go solely for the food. That's the main thing that keeps me coming back.. the food is always delicious also they have at least 15 TV to watch... but if you are big on customer service Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT think for one second that you will live that dream in Crickets on cascade. "
